Wolfson Brands is a successful global retailer managing multiple online stores across various geographic locations, including the UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland, and Europe. Despite the complex, multi-brand ecosystem and tight board-mandated deadlines, our focused approach helped Wolfson build, launch, and successfully take a brand new e-commerce brand to market in less than four months. This rapid delivery capability directly translated into faster business growth.
We simplified the process for visual changes by moving away from hardcoded bases to fully utilise native Shopify capabilities. This crucial shift empowered Wolfson’s Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) team to make instant updates, like new banners, directly through the admin panel without relying on development support.
We significantly improved Wolfson’s ways of working by demonstrating how to write detailed tickets and by setting up reports and dashboards on DevOps. This transformative step established better planning and prioritisation, giving the team one-sprint-ahead visibility for future projects.
