- Salary: £54,000 - £62,000 + up to 10% annual bonus

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As our Senior Project Manager, you’ll:
- Lead high-impact digital and AI initiatives, coaching squads to deliver results that transform our clients’ operations.
- Be at the forefront of our Tech Enabler evolution, shaping how mid-market clients adopt AI and digital transformation.
- Bridge strategy and delivery, ensuring that our existing and new framework showcase immediate value and accelerate long-term success.
You'll work with exceptional engineers, designers, and AI specialists, managing projects that push boundaries - from cloud re-platforming to AI-powered process automation.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leadership & Team Development – Inspire squads to deliver high-value results while mentoring talent to thrive.
- Stakeholder & Client Management – Build trust with business and technical stakeholders, helping them understand the value of digital and AI adoption.
- Project Scope & Resource Planning – Define outcomes, prevent scope creep, and ensure prototype and delivery phases run like clockwork.
- Risk, Budget & Quality Oversight – Deliver on time, on budget, and to our gold standard of excellence.
- Champion Agile & Innovation – Adapt delivery models to rapidly deliver proof-of-value prototypes and AI-enabled solutions.
- Drive the Tech Enabler Mindset – Ensure projects contribute to long-term digital transformation, not just short-term wins.

- Fintech Automation: Hands-on experience with next-gen automation—from payment journeys and IVR integrations to .NET, React, and Azure-based solutions that streamline customer servicing and collections.
- AI-Driven Delivery: Experience leading AI-enabled prototypes or proof-of-value projects, leveraging data insights, process automation, and intelligent workflows to unlock measurable ROI for clients.
- Line Management & Mentorship: Experience managing and developing multi-disciplinary squads, including conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and career progression planning.
- C-Suite & Board Engagement: Proven ability to communicate delivery progress, risks, and strategic outcomes to Board and C-Suite stakeholders, helping shape digital and AI transformation roadmaps.
