As a Tech Lead – Full Stack, you’ll be the backbone of our engineering team, driving innovation, mentoring developers, and delivering high-impact solutions. You'll make key technical decisions, ensure best practices, and turn complex challenges into seamless software. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a Squad – Guide a team of 4-6 developers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Driving Technical Strategy – Architect, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Mentoring & Coaching – Conduct 1:1s, provide support, and encourage continuous growth.
- Balancing Hands-On & Leadership – Code when needed while setting clear goals and expectations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with Squad Managers to ensure smooth, high-quality deliveries.
- Shaping the Team – Play a key role in hiring and building a high-performing development squad.
What We’re Looking For
- A Strong Technical Lead – Deep expertise in C#/.NET or JavaScript/React, with full-stack experience.
- A Mentor & Motivator – Able to inspire and elevate a technical team.
- A Problem Solver – Comfortable tackling complex challenges and driving solutions.
- An Agile Champion – Experienced with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices.
- A Cloud Enthusiast – Familiar with Azure and modern cloud-based development.
Bonus Points If You Have
- CI/CD Mastery – Experience with Azure DevOps and automated pipelines.
- IaC Know-How – Familiarity with Bicep and infrastructure-as-code principles.
- TypeScript Skills – Extra points if you're proficient in TypeScript.
