The team’s skills vary across design UX UI, software development, testing and project management. We work across various industries including Energy, renewables, property tech and much more. We are a recent winner of Innovate UK and will be bringing a revolutionary platform to the UK later in 2021.

What will the role look like

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our team, someone who loves being in the detail of projects, understanding our clients businesses and managing long lasting client relationships, tracking tasks and helping the team deliver the best quality products and services possible.

ClearSky believes strongly in personal development, you will be encouraged to take on responsibility, agree learning goals and apply leadership throughout the role. You won't be in it alone, you will be part of the Project Management team at Clearsky Logic and supported in your role.

A typical day

  • Understanding clients needs and wants, then transforming this into briefs for the internal ClearSky Logic teams
  • Support in agile delivery of projects
  • Working closely with the digital design teams to make sure products meet customer requirements, as you understand our clients business you will be a key stakeholder in projects
  • Creating and delivering on project plans, using Agile methodologies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums and Sprint Retrospectives
  • Liaise regularly with development and other stakeholders in ClearSky to ensure we deliver quality products to our clients
  • Build up trusted connections with key customers and partners
  • Regularly host client communications through video calls and in person events

The package

Basic Salary £18,000 - £23,000

Bonus 10% Per Annum

Minimum requirements

  • Some experience of Account Management, Project Management, Business Analysis or managing customer relations or similar would be useful.
  • Someone who is highly motivated and puts the customer at the heart of what they do.
