We consult, design, implement and manage business-critical solutions for clients whether they need bespoke software to help their customers self-serve, a mobile app to manage customer engagement or automation. The team’s skills vary across digital design UX UI, software development, testing and project management.

Location

This role will be based in our Edinburgh office which is located directly across from Waverley Train Station. Hybrid working. Please do no apply if you are not based in Scotland.

Salary

£33,176.99 - £37,191.43 per year

Whom We Are Looking For

Someone who loves to lead and build client relationships, understanding their businesses, our capabilities and providing extra value to clients by discovering what solutions we can provide to help their businesses grow.

You will own the relationship and commercial management of your client accounts, ensuring client expectations are understood and delivered. You will be encouraged and enabled to take on responsibility & ownership of the accounts you manage.

What Projects Do We Take On


  • Being a facilitator of product development and client communications.
  • Daily running of your accounts, checkin point for both your clients and their ClearSky Logic production team. Ensuring communication & understanding is clear & constant for both stakeholders.
  • Maintain long term relationships with our clients. Establishing strategic account plans for each of your clients.
  • Work with the Head of Client Services to meet client goals, objectives & KPIs.
  • Identify growth opportunities within your accounts and prepare the proposal & delivery of any new work.
  • You will get to know existing clients' businesses and understand where our solutions can provide the biggest value to clients.
  • Regular checkpoint meetings with clients and relevant members of the leadership team to help clients get to know & trust CSL. While allowing us to understand their needs in as much detail as possible.
  • Build up industry-leading case studies to help new prospects understand the value and outcomes we can provide.
  • Work closely with existing partnerships and establish new ones to help grow the prospect list for ClearSky Logic. Regularly host client communications through video calls and in-person events.
  • Preferred but not essential experience within a software development agency
  • Interrogate, shape, and document requirements for upcoming products with stakeholders.
  • Ensure feasibility of produced designs and alignment with product vision.
  • Communicate product vision to internal development teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve ClearSky Logics specification and delivery process.
  • Facilitate decision-making and product discussions.
  • Manage and facilitate solutions for emergent product issues.
  • Define and monitor metrics that drive product success and guide feature development.
