This project was a full re-architecture and discovery of what could be possible in the industry by coupling technology, automation and our industry experience.

From this, our team identified the best course of action for the designing a set of micro-services which could be delivered individually and build up to working together to phase out legacy off the shelf solutions.

Our comprehensive plan ensured value was delivered earlier in the project and allowed for the technology roadmap to be flexible in line with the client’s business needs and funding.
